DTRTP is a typical resource constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP).The research on it is usually in a deterministic environment.However,the actual execution environment will face uncertainty and complexity.The robust project scheduling method is an effective method to deal with the uncertainty and complexity of project execution.In this paper,we apply the widely used distributed buffer management method and resource al ocation management method to deal with the DTRTP problem.Firstly,this paper studies the applicability of distributed buffer management in DTRTP environment and the selection rules of the optimal mode combination.We design the contrast experiment from two angles,one is the degree of uncertainty in project execution environment,other one is the project network complexity.The effectiveness of the scheduling scheme is verified by comparing the average robustness index.The experimental results show that the distributed buffer management technique can solve the DTRTP problem,it can also obtain better robustness.And more,we can't find a suitable mode combination selection rules while solving the DTRTP problem with buffers distributed management technology.In addition,we also study the applicability of the resource allocation algorithm under the circumstances of DTRTP.A strategy that combining distributed buffer and resource allocation to solve the DTRTP problem is proposed.The experimental results show that in the DTRTP environment,project schedule which considering both buffer management and resource allocation can obtain strong robustness.Moreover,the robustness of the scheduling scheme is weakened with the increase of the uncertainty of the execution environment.With the increase of the complexity of the project network,the robustness of the scheduling scheme is enhanced,and the robustness is weak.This conclusion provides a reference for the project manager in the project scheduling of DTRTP problem,which has practical guiding significance.
