Research On Fraud For Sinovel Enterprise

The increasingly fierce market competition resulted in complex external environment and increasing financial risk management.Especially for the wind power industry,after nearly five years′ rapid expansion,with the adjustment of industrial policy,the industry had accumulated overcapacity problems,the wind power industry has entered a cyclical trough.Sinovel represented by wind turbine manufacturers conditions continued to deteriorate,performance is also declining.In face of this status,the research led to the cause of the enterprise crisis and measures to prevent the crisis still has practical significance in financial crisis causes and countermeasures.This paper selects Sinovel as a case,mainly to characterize the company′s financial statement data of 2009-2015.Based on fraud triangle theory,Sinovel have to be studied to explore the root causes of its financial stress to prevent the financial situation by effective measures worsened so that enterprise develops for the future profit and achieves sustainable development.This article has five sections: First,the summary introduces the theory of enterprise financial crisis causes and countermeasures.Fraud triangle theory acts as a clue,we study this case from three angles.The status in financial affairs and the analysis of Sinovel 2009 to 2015 will be evaluated,more embedded analysis of around factors will be targeted for its response to the financial crisis and provide theoretical basis for practical suggestions.Finally,conclusions and outlook,by the above case studies to draw relevant conclusions,explains the research process and proposes vision for the future,in order to provide reference for controlling and dealing with the financial crisis in wind power manufacturers,helping investors to keep abreast of business operating conditions,accurately evaluating the future solvency of creditors for reducing the risk of bad debts occurrence,At the same time,helping regulators in the exercise of functions and norms of market order to make tips,and finally to protect the interests of the relevant subjects.
