The Earnings Quality Analysis Of Ireader Technology Company Based On The Perspective Of Earnings Structure

With the development of reform and economic globalization,investors in the financial markets have been no longer choosing the investment targets based on the financial status of listed companies on the public platform and simple financial data.With the study of earnings quality,the analysis of the quality of earnings structure combined with assets and cash flow has attracted more attention.On the one hand,the quality analysis of the earnings structure is meaningful to examine the profitability and cash acquisition ability of the core business,and is the key to judge the sustainability of the enterprise surplus.On the other hand,because earnings quality not only has the characteristics of continuous stability,profitability,growth,and cash security can not be ignored as the quality of earnings of enterprises.First,this paper establishes the theoretical basis based on the reading and combing of the literature,defines the relationship between earnings structure and earnings quality,and introduces the analysis of earnings structure quality as the basic feature of earnings quality—continuous stability.Then through case analysis,based on the earnings structure analysis,grasp the three aspects of the surplus structure,the matching degree of the earnings structure and the asset structure,the surplus structure and the convergence of the cash flow structure,and judge the persistence of the quality of Ireader Technology Company.Secondly,combined with other representative enterprises in the industry,comprehensive and objective analysis of the earnings quality of Ireader Technology Company shares 2014 to 2017 from horizontal and vertical perspectives.Through the above analysis,it is found that the quality of the surplus technology is not high,the core business is not competitive,and the cash security is insufficient.Finally,aiming at the problems and causes,it puts forward three reasonable suggestions for efforts to improve the competitiveness of core businesses,strengthen the control of cost and expenses,and fully integrate resources in the industry chain.To sum up the full text,from the theoretical basis,case analysis,problem exploration to the proposal,this paper not only provides decision-making basis for small and medium-sized investors in the capital market,but also provides support for the analysis of corporate earnings quality in the subsequent digital reading industry.
