Research On The Influencing Factors Of County Financial Development

If states and counties are all well-ordered by the rule of law,then the wellbeing of the people is guaranteed.County is the forefront of economic development.The economy of county is the cornerstone of the national economy which occupies a basic position in the entire national economy,even relates to the realization of goal to fully build a well-off society,and its development is also the key point of the whole social economy at present.So,due to its status,the county economy has been given unprecedented priority by the national,the Party Central Committee,the Autonomous region.However,the county economic development requires a lot of capital accumulation and investment,which is inseparable from financial support.As the core of modern economy,in the face of new economic situation,how to better play the role of finance as a leverage,and strengthen the financial support for the development of the county's real economy is the focus of this paper.This study is based on field research,with nearly ten years of relevant indicators of economic and financial data of 84 counties,through the Inner Mongolia County Economic and financial development situation and descriptive analysis pointed out that the main challenge facing the process of financial development.Then,the average Inner Mongolia County flag 2011-2015 data based on the value of the selected 12 may affect the financial development indicators,through factor analysis,the influence factors of the financial development in the region are studied.The conclusion shows that there are differences between Inner Mongolia's 84 degree of financial development,from two levels of indicators,economic development factor,urbanization factor,commercial development factor is the main factor influencing the development of county finance in Inner Mongolia.And the third industry added value index and the high school student proportion index and the proportion of the fixed assets,which represent the human capital factor,have little influence on the county financial development in Inner Mongolia.Finally,the relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of county finance in Inner Mongolia County,from the difference of financial support,the level of urbanization,industrial structure,investment in fixed assets and other point of view,in order to achieve the coordinated development of the region and county finance County economy.
