Happiness is the goal and pursuit of life.Since ancient times,people have been pursuing happiness.Because of the desire for happiness that the wheel of human social development can be rolled forward.Happiness is the driving force for human progress.Under the background of the Chinese economic upgrade and transformation from"Manufacture in China" to "Create in China",focusing on the industrial workers at the grassroots level in manufacturing,It is very practical to care about and study the factors affecting the subjective well-being of manufacturing industry workers.As the smallest individual of the enterprise,employees play an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise.Especially around 2000,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the arrival of global economic integration,China has become a veritable "World factory".Which brought about the rapid development of China's economy,but also brought about the troubles of growth,especially in 2009 Henan workers opened the chest and check the lungs by himself case and 2010 Shenzhen Foxconn factory's 13 workers suicide case,It is arousing government relate department and us strong concern about the physical and mental health of workers in the manufacturing industry.In recent years,Chinese enterprises are in an important period of industrial transformation,upgrading and further reform and opening up.We must be pay attention to the personal feelings of industrial workers,Enhance workers performance by improving employee happiness.This research focuses on the influencing factors of the subjective well-being of the manufacturing industry workers in the manufacturing industry,The research on the typical enterprises in the Suzhou area,Literature analysis,interviews and grounded theory research collect and aggregate information,uncover unique factors that affect the happiness of industrial workers,and deeply analyze and summarize these factors to generate theoretical models.The company enhances employees' happiness,coordinates the pace,stimulating the vitality and innovation of the employees,while maximizing the competitiveness of the enterprise.Achieve the Three-win situation of the society,enterprises and workers.This study is divided into three components:First,the literature and data on the research related to happiness,the concept,characteristics and influencing factors of subjective well-being,the relevant theories of happiness at internal and abroad,and the subjective well-being of employees The relationship between performance and so on provides relevant theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,select the happiness enterprises in Suzhou to carry out case studies,and use the grounded theory to explore the construction process of case study happiness enterprises without presupposing any premise.The extent to which factors affect the subjective well-being of workers.The third,based on the analysis of the results of this study,a theoretical model that affects the subjective well-being of industrial workers is proposed.The innovation of this research is to firstly explore the main factors affecting the subjective well-being of industrial workers through research and analysis and build relevant theoretical models.Secondly,build the "Happiness house" that affects the subjective well-being of industrial workers and systematize the influencing factors;Finally,it proves the validity of Chinese traditional culture in modern enterprise management.This study uses grounded theory to summarize research methods to Employees' own factors,Social support factors,Organizational factors,Income factors,Leadership style factors,Job factors and Happiness culture.The main influencing factors of subjective well-being of seven industrial workers.The construction of the industrial workers"Happiness house" proves that the improvement of the subjective well-being of industrial workers is not a simple and rude increase in wage income but a systematic work.At the same time,it verifies the effectiveness of traditional Chinese culture wisdom in modern management.
