Telecommunications companies are the country's key infrastructure sectors,to improve operational efficiency for communications companies to build a harmonious society is important.Communications corporate sector performance measurement indicators that affect the operational efficiency of their organization is one important aspect.Communication sector performance measurement indicators of business performance management is the backbone and spine,it will directly affect the effectiveness of communications business operation efficiency and quality,strengthen the construction of indicators of sector performance measurement is the communication of corporate human resources development and management of the important part.But communications companies in the construction and management of this area itself there are larger issues.This paper provides an analysis of how telecommunications companies should be building sector performance evaluation index system,improve performance management.To this end,the paper's main contents include the following:(1)Z index system of the corporate sector to improve performance measurement research.From the Z profile corporate sector performance appraisal system,performance appraisal problems in the implementation process and other aspects of the corporate sector to examine the performance evaluation of the Z basic situation and problems;from the department a clear purpose of performance management,improve the effective performance appraisal system to select scientific reasonable key performance indicators,improve the performance management cycle and other aspects of the problem clearly Z's response to sector performance focus.(2)Improved performance evaluation index system implementation research.From sector performance evaluation index system of the basic principles of sound performance appraisal objectives,key performance indicators to determine,to determine performance evaluation weight,performance appraisal methods,the implementation process of the implementation of monitoring and dynamic management,build Z's depaertment sector performance measurement indicators system programs;the same time,improved sector performance department Z's implementation of evaluation index system was evaluated.
