Reasearch On The Dividend Distribution Of Jicheng Electroncics

As one of the three major financial decisions of enterprises,dividend distribution policy has an important impact on enterprises.Reasonable dividend distribution policy can not only provide a source of funds for the expansion of enterprise scale,but also set up a good image for enterprises and attract potential investors to achieve corporate value.However,because the stock market of our country is not mature now,many listed companies fail to correctly understand or even ignore the benefits of dividend distribution,many listed companies do not carry out dividend distribution or the level of dividend distribution is low,and there exist other many problems.Jicheng Electronics is a small and medium-sized board listed company in the industry of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing.Since going public,the profit of Jicheng Electronics has been increasing continuously and showing a good development momentum,but contrary to its development momentum,the dividend distribution level of Jicheng Electronics is showing a downward trend and lower than most listed companies in the industry,the gap is obvious.This paper analyzes the present situation of dividend distribution in the industry and compares the dividend distribution between the company and the industry to extract and excavate the problems of the distribution of electronic dividend,that is,the dividend payment level is low and falling.The emergence of the problem is the result of the interaction of many factors.This paper analyzes the influence of the changes on the dividend distribution of the company from the perspective of the five factors which influence the distribution of the electronic dividend(i.e.profitability,growth ability,solvency,cash flow and ownership structure),and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the dividend distribution of the accumulated electronic.Finally,the analysis results are used to provide opinions on the optimization of the dividend distribution of the accumulated electronics.The significance of this paper lies in that,it provides a reference for optimizing the dividend distribution policy of the company through the research,which is not only beneficial to the establishment of a good image of the company and attract potential investment,but also beneficial to the long-term development of the company;next,this paper can provide reference for other companies which are at the same stage of development or have the same problems.
