The Internet is an important channel for the dissemination of knowledge in today'society,advanced knowledge communication network can form a good atmosphere of knowledge dissemination.Social q&a is an online question answering community which core concept is knowledge sharing,to form the relationship between users to help them get better questions and answers.It gathers users from different occupation,education background,interests and hobbies.In the social question and answer platform,users tend to use questions,answer,published a column to complete the process of knowledge sharing,users when browsing the information for some users have high recognition,will give attention to these users,according to their level of satisfaction to answer given some feedback,such as to users agree,thank you.In the social q&a site,users who occupy a significant position in the platform network have a great influence on other users,and some of their opinion opinions tend to promote the rapid expansion of some topics.They can sometimes even guide the public opinion of issues and phenomena.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the relevant influencing factors of the user's influence.It is necessary to predict the user's influence,so as to help the network platform to develop better and help the government to make decisions and guidance to some bad public opinions.So the influence to social q&a site users to study is very necessary.In this paper,on the basis of the existing social q&a related research,the article summarizes three factors,which affect the social question and answer user influence:users their own professional ability,information transmission capacity,user activity,and puts forward three research hypothesis:H1:the higher the user professional ability,the greater its influence in the user;H2:the higher the user's information transmission ability,the more user influence;H3:the higher the user activity,the greater the user's influence.Last using the web crawler technology to collect user data under the food topic(including the correlations between the users and the user's attributes)as a representative of social q&a site user data,through the data collection and analysis,through the data of three factors to make statistics and instructions,using SPSS 19.0 software to three research hypotheses do verification analysis,finally get three factors to influence social q&a site users has a positive correlation.And path coefficient of the proposed model fitting after verification,found that the model was established,in which the user's professional ability has biggest role in the influence of the user,information transmission capacity'role is minimal.
