Research On Supply Chain Finance Development Based On Block Chain

Block chain is a new technology that comes along with bitcoin.Today,block chaining technology has already had many application scenarios,far beyond the scope of bitcoin.In recent years,block chain technology has been widely discussed in the fields of Finance and supply chain.China Merchants Bank,Bank of China,Jingdong and Huawei have introduced block chain technology.The state also attaches great importance to supply chain innovation.In this context,the study of supply chain finance development from the perspective of block chain reflects the frontier of academic research.This paper analyzes the development opportunities brought by block chain technology to supply chain finance,and discusses the development ways of supply chain finance under this technology background.Based on the theoretical perspective of supply chain finance and technological innovation,this paper uses literature method and case method to study.From the overall form of supply chain finance,we should speed up the development towards a comprehensive and dynamic supervision and security mechanism,"four streams in one" visual management,the digital direction of capital transactions.In the supply chain finance of enterprises,two ways of development should be established:the mode of payment and the mode of credit.In the banking-side supply chain finance,three development approaches should be established:the platform of the receivable and payable chain,the integration of the block chain and bank bills,and the integration of the block chain and cross-border settlement.The emergence of block chain technology has brought a new development mode to supply chain finance.Therefore,the state should support from the policy level and adjust the relevant laws.Strengthening the research and development of block chain technology is conducive to the development of supply chain finance.Promoting the application of block chain technology in more industries can promote the development of supply chain finance in the medium and long term.Based on the academic frontier and the demand of social application,this paper puts forward the supply chain finance way of block chain technology participation and the safeguard measures of national policy,law amendment,technology research and development,which has important practical significance for promoting the development of supply chain finance.
