With the development of production capacity and the diversification of market demand,especially the rapid development of the electronic commerce recently years,the production cost of enterprises keeps increasing,and the continuous development of supply chain makes the loss of delivery become more and more heavy.Due to the lack of scientific and reasonable production planning methods,such as failure to comprehensively consider the production interruption,system failure and other factors,resulting in the inefficient of production planning,and also,the late delivery makes the enterprises suffer the punishment of delay and other losses.System reliability is one of the most important factors that affect the efficiency of production planning,meanwhile,reasonable and effective production plan is the primary requirement for enterprises to ensure product order delivery on time,reduce the total cost and improve competitiveness.Based on the above considerations,this paper takes the system reliability as the starting point,and studies the production planning of the enterprise.Firstly,the paper studies the system reliability evaluation method based on fuzzy random petri nets.Considering the impact of system failure on the execution of production plan in the process of enterprise operation,the system reliability is included in the production planning.In order to evaluate the reliability of complex systems with different composition structures,the parameters of stochastic petri nets are fuzzified based on the division of system hierarchy,and the fuzzy stochastic petri net model of each system component is constructed respectively,integrating the unit model gets the fuzzy stochastic petri net model of the subsystem,and finally,considering the subsystem correlation,the reliability evaluation model of the system is obtained.Secondly,the linear programming model of enterprise production planning is established based on the system reliability obtained before.Firstly,the factors to be considered in making production plan and the influence of system reliability on production planning are analyzed,then the linear programming model is constructed by minimizing the total cost in a single period,and the corresponding constraint conditions are given,finally,the lingo software is used to solve the model and the analysis is carried out based on the result.Finally,taking a company's production planning as the research object,this paper gives an example analysis of the above research process.Based on the analysis of the enterprise structure,the enterprise system is divided into layers,the unit model,the subsystem model and the system model are established in order to obtain the reliability of the system.The system reliability and other parameters are introduced into the mathematic model to get the actual production plan of the company,and the change of the planned output and the total cost of the enterprise is compared and analyzed,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified,and the corresponding measures for optimizing the production plan are given.It provides a reference for improving the execution efficiency of production plan and reducing the total cost of production and operation.
