In this paper,the theory of process management is applied to the general liquidation legal procedure of an enterprise,and the role of process management optimization in realizing the goal of maximizing the interests of shareholders and creditors under this special internal and external environment is studied.This paper adopts the method of literature research,and summarizes the main problems faced by the general liquidation process management of company D,puts forward the basic principles that should be followed in the process optimization of liquidation enterprises.Through case analysis,this paper describes the process of process management optimization for D enterprises in the general liquidation stage.In the process of project implementation,this paper uses affinity graph discussion method,MECE analysis and other management tools.At the height of the liquidation strategy of the enterprise,the plan has been formulated to optimize the financial process management of Dalian liquidation company D by the headquarters of Shenzhen Group,adopting the mode of group resource sharing and cross-organization,cross-regional online cost control information system and successful implementation;On the basis of process planning,the core business of company D of liquidation enterprise is sorted out,and the core business process chart suitable for D company of liquidation enterprise is formed.After the implementation of the project,the business runs smoothly,the posts and activities interface is clear,the work efficiency is greatly improved,the internal control requirements are met,and the financial risks are controlled.This paper makes a useful research and exploration in the application of process management optimization in enterprise liquidation,enriches the application range of process management and provides a set of effective and reference process management optimization schemes.
