With the development of the national innovation driven development strategy,the implementation of the strategy is gradually implemented,"leadership" and"innovation”have become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and maintain sustained competitive advantage.Since Joseph Inpet,a Austria economist,proposed the concept of innovation in 1912,countries and enterprises have shifted their strategic goals to innovation.Therefore,how to stimulate the innovative behavior of the employees is the focus of the enterprise leaders.From the perspective of positive behavior,the latest research abroad finds that transformational leadership style can affect employee's feedback tendency,feedback seeking behavior and values,and stimulate employee creativity.Therefore,it is the frontier topic and important measure to improve the innovation performance by paying attention to,guiding and standardizing the transformational leadership style of the enterprise.However,there are relatively few researches on individual innovation performance under the current situation of China.And the study of the possible intermediary variables and the regulation variables is much less.This study is to explore through the transformational leadership style guide,how positive feedback is formed within the enterprise culture atmosphere,thereby increasing feedback seeking(direct questions,indirect monitoring),under the situation of China,thus affecting innovative performance of individual employees.Meanwhile,the feedback tendency is introduced as the regulating variable to explore the regulating effect between the transformational leadership style and the employee feedback seeking behavior.Through to the domestic and foreign scholars about the transformational leadership style,individual feedback seeking behavior,feedback,and the study of the theory of the innovation performance of comb,find out the relationship between each variable,build the concept model and hypothesis.Adopt the method of questionnaire survey to get the data,and uses SPSS22.0 data analysis software for 198 data to carry on the homologous analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,this research proposed a conceptual model and assumptions for validation.Study the following conclusions:Transformational leadership style and its leadership charm,individualized care and intellectual stimulation have a significant positive impact on individual innovation performance;The transformational leadership style and its leadership charm,individualized care and intellectual stimulation have a significant positive impact on employee feedback seeking behavior;The employees' feedback seeking behavior,direct inquiry and indirect monitoring have significant positive impact on individual innovation performance;Employee feedback seeking behavior plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership style and individual innovation performance relationship;The feedback tendency is not mediating in the relationship between transformational leadership style and feedback seeking behavior.
