With the further development and improvement of China's market economy,state-owned enterprises are facing more severe market competition and challenges while welcoming major development opportunities.Nowadays,the core of competition among enterprises in the market economy environment has gradually changed into the competition of cultural soft power,and the corporate culture plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,for state-owned enterprises,only by continuously improving and upgrading their own business development capabilities,it is possible to maintain an advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition.In recent years,the cultural problems of state-owned enterprises have gradually been valued by academics,enterprises,and government departments.Various enterprises have gradually begun to explore the road of corporate culture.Some of them have initially established a relatively perfect enterprise for their own development.The cultural system,but the culture of most companies is not yet relatively complete,and the overall needs further exploration and research.Therefore,how to build a good corporate culture is a problem that every enterprise must think about,face and solve,especially for state-owned enterprises.The culture of state-owned enterprises is not only the main content of national cultural system reform,cultural development and prosperity,and the strategy of strengthening the country.It is also the norm and value concept that state-owned enterprise employees can jointly abide by.It is very important for the development,progress and improvement of state-owned enterprises.The meaning.Therefore,the exploration,research and resolution of problems in the culture of state-owned enterprises is particularly important.This paper takes GZ Company(Kunming State-owned Assets Management Co.,Ltd.)as the research object,and combines some research results and experience of current domestic and foreign corporate culture to systematically study the currentsituation of GZ corporate culture,mainly from material culture,behavior culture and institutional culture.And the four layers of spiritual culture are researching and analyzing the current situation of GZ's corporate culture,which further summarizes the main problems and deficiencies of the company,and the deep problems faced by the society,enterprises and employees.In-depth analysis of the reasons for the hierarchy.Based on the main problems existing in the corporate culture of GZ,the corresponding optimization plan and improvement measures are proposed in a targeted manner,thus effectively improving the company's cultural cohesion and centripetal force.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of the four levels of corporate culture,this paper can give certain guidance and practical significance to the corporate culture of GZ.
