| China's migrant workers migration is a two-way flow process of both "outflow" and "reflux".With the continuous deepening of China's urbanization process, great achievements have been made not only in urban construction, but also in rural areas, which have achieved considerable development and experienced significant changes. This urban industrial transformation and upgrading makes the living situation of migrant workers not optimistic. However, the development of towns and villages is in urgent need of talents and capital agglomeration, and the demand of migrant workers' return is ready to come out.In 2017,the state put forward the strategy of rural revitalization, and policies conducive to rural development were gradually introduced. It has created a better policy environment for some migrant workers to return to their hometowns and made the research on the influencing factors of the rural-urban flow of migrant workers to become an important practical issue in the current economic and social development.Based on the literature review of the factors affecting migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses and the backflow of population, this paper finds that the backflow of migrant workers not only has positive and negative effects on urban employment, living environment and industrial development, but also has positive effects on rural self-employment,economic vitality and lifestyle.Based on the theory of "push-pull",the influencing factors of rural migrant workers' urban-rural flow are preliminarily extracted, and the thrust factor, pull factor and intermediate obstacle factor of migrant workers' backflow are analyzed.According to the field interview and questionnaire survey of three counties in zhejiang province, descriptive statistical analysis and cross contingency table analysis were conducted through data collation and statistics. In addition, significance test was used to analyze and screen the influencing factors, and the thrust and pull factors of the city were distinguished. On this basis, binary logistic regression analysis was conducted, and ROC curve was used to judge the overall effect of the model. The analysis shows that most of the returned migrant workers will continue to stay in rural areas due to the thrust of cities and the better development situation in rural areas, and will not return to cities in the short term.Regression results show that there are significant factors in economic characteristics, environmental characteristics and policy characteristics, which also affect the refloating intention of the returned population. On this basis, the countermeasures are proposed.First, facing up to the phenomenon of reflux and integrating development between urban and rural areas.Second,to cultivate high-quality new farmers to adapt to the development of the new era;Third,we will create more jobs in villages and towns and support farmers in returning home to start their own businesses. |
