Study On Optimize Investment Strategy Of Small And Medium-sized Estate Enterprise In Handan City

Real estate enterprises always attracted extensive attention in society,especially the large real estate enterprises.Large real estate enterprises are populared with their abundant capital and efficient management mode.But small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is less popular than large real estate enterprises.There are many cases of failure investment in small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.In order to enable these enterprises to have a deeper understanding of investment and achieve stable and long-term development,they need to consider investment from a strategic perspective.The real estate should accurately catch the signals of fluctuations in the rapidly changing market,and adopt corresponding countermeasures in a timely manner according to internal and external changes.The small and medium-sized real estate in our country invest just for profits.They ignoring the construction of enterprise investment strategy.This paper focuses on the investment strategies of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.The paper takes D real estate enterprise as an example to analyze the investment behaviors.In general,this paper can divided into five parts.The first part mainly discusses the concept of enterprise investment strategy and the role of investment strategy on the whole enterprises;The second part defines small and medium-sized enterprises,and analyzes the current investment status and investment environment of Handan;The third part use the methods of SWOT,porter five models to analysis D state of real estate enterprise investment environment;In the fourth part,benchmarking management thoughts are applied.The paper select three small and medium-sized real estate enterprises for comparison and the most suitable benchmarking enterprises are selected for further reference and analysis.Finally,based on the experience and problems faced by D real estate enterprises and the status quo of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in handan city,this paper gives several investment Suggestions.I hope this paper will not only help a real estate company in future investment,but also help small and medium-sized real estate companies.
