In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,Chinese private enterprise groups have achieved rapid development,which is of great social significance in adjusting their organizational structure,promoting social and economic progress,optimizing industrial structure and improving socialist market economy.However,with the expansion of enterprise scale,the weak financial control of private groups has become an urgent problem to be solved.How to effectively strengthen the finance of the enterprise groups,especially the parent company of the group,has become a practical problem faced by the private enterprise groups in China.Under this great background,this article has chosen the QM Group in Shaanxi province as its research object.according to the group's existing financial control condition and existing problems,on the theory of financial control and management by objectives,draw lessons from the current financial control of enterprise based on the latest research achievements at home and abroad,according to current situation of the QM Group in Shaanxi province financial control system and the insufficiency,centering on the current situation of the financial control system of the QM Group in Shaanxi province and its deficiencies,has proposed the optimization strategy on financial control that conforms to the practical situation of this group and planned its specific path.The research result indicates the following points:First,the current financial control deficiencies on the part of the case company are mainly reflected in the lack of definite centralization and decentralization among various organizations of the group;the rate of capital employed by related parties is high and financial control is short of subjectivity and dynamism.Second,the current financial control problems of the Shaanxi QM Group mainly lie in the fact that,the group company has not properly understood the importance of financial control at present,the enterprise leaders lack risk awareness and normative awareness,and the group strategy formulation is not scientific enough,short of effective structure supporting financial control and so on.The last,based on drawing on the existing related theories on financial control,the article believes that the Shaanxi QM Group should establish the pattern of financial control characterized by relative centralization and construct corresponding financial control system.Therefore,the group needs to further perfect its financial control system characterized by relative centralization from many perspectives such as financial system control,financial staff control,financial information control,capital control,internal audit control and budget control,so as to better serve the effective control of the whole group.In a nutshell,by combining the factual situation of the financial control system of QM Group in Shaanxi,the article carried out targeted optimization design for the existing problems,which provided targeted optimization measures for improving the financial control of the case company and provided certain reference for other similar enterprises in financial control optimization.
