With the increasing market competition,enterprises are trying to more variety incentive strategy to absorb and retain talents in different ways.The equity incentive is adopted by more and more enterpriseas as the golden handcuffs of enterprise management and launched in line with the enterprise's characteristics,forming a new incentive mechanism of risks and interests shared.The captioned strategy is to make the interests of shareholders and employees bundled together and extend the market share of business.Beijia Company is a non-listed retail company whose target customers are mother and their babies aged from 0 to 3,and children aged from 4 to 6.Beijia Company is committed to becoming a well-known mother and children retail chain enterprise.This thesis is to design a more efficient incentive plan and its implementation for he key staff of Beijia Company.There are seven Chapters in this thesis.First is the introduction to the research background,purpose & meaning with the research situations of equity incentive for domestic and abroad.Secondly,based on the theoretical knowledge of equity incentive,the author analyzes the current industrial and organizational situations of Beijia Company.By the internal questionnaire survey and articles review,we generalize the current incentive status of Beijia Company,and explore the existed problem and their causes for the current incentive mechanism in this company.And then we demonstrate the necessary and feasibility of designing a set of scientific and reasonable equity incentive scheme.This equity incentive scheme is match to the company's future development goals with the actual internal situations.We hope it can build up a more attractive performance option plus shareholding platform for the key staff,who can make the personal interests of professional managers and the Company's Long-term interests bind together,and also break through the bottleneck of the Company's development effectively.It also provides a solution to do better control the risk caused by the change of controlling right.
