The Research On LH Group's Logistics Cost Control

With the deepening of economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition of domestic and foreign marketing,the consumer trend of pursing personalized and fast is becoming more and more prevalent.In the process of enterprise competition and development,the importance of logistics is becoming more and more prominent.Logistics cost mainly includes supply,manufacture,sales and reverse links.Therefore,on the one hand,if the company does a good job of every link of the logistics cost control it will use lower cost to create higher profits and maintain its own advantages in the fierce competition from the realistic significance.On the other hand,although as the logistics industry in our country has been a certain development and corresponding logistics cost control research has entered a certain stage,theoretical research on logistics cost control has been extended based on the thesis' s related study.This thesis takes the LH Group as the research object and use the single case study method.Based on discussing the basic situation of the LH Group,it is analyzed by SWOT and the thesis discusses its specific logistics cost links.At the same time,using the related LH Group logistics cost datas,the thesis analyse its cost management and control process of the LH Group.According to the interviews and data analysis,LH Group's sales logistics costs are gradually rising in recent years.Aimed at the specific problems of sales logistics link,this thesis puts forward a set of suitable and effective scheme for LH Group's logistics cost control.it includes the establishment of a perfect logistics system,the reasonable arrangements for the products transportation,strengthening personnel training,adopting flexible sales strategy and the overall optimization of logistics cost control.In short,all these strategies can promote LH Group's sustainable development.
