Y company is an Internet home improvement company,belonging to the J group,the predecessor of the group is a district level of urban real estate development company,in early twenty-first Century of privatization,real estate development from a single development,to become today's business covers commercial investment,commercial real estate development,land acquisition,project contracting decoration,decoration,property management,development of commercial tourism industry-the real estate business.The new normal economic environment,the group company's traditional business performance greatly shrinking,companies adapt to changes in the market,put forward the "subversion of yesterday,reform ideas for a better tomorrow",and cooperation with domestic famous universities,complete organizational structure analysis and optimization of the group level,the introduction of related personnel,the process reengineering of the group level at the same time,sort out the strategy and business model of entrepreneurial projects,Y is one of them.The company as a key breakthrough strategic transformation group,has important significance for the group of companies.The home market is similar to the completely competitive market,industry concentration is low,competition,staff mobility,the lower threshold,clear market demand characteristics for new entrants bring good breakthrough point and living space.In this paper,the use of incentive theory,human capital theory and system theory,combined with the group's reform process,considering the group effect on Y company's development,research and systematic analysis of the incentive scheme of Y company.The background,the first part mainly introduces the significance of the topic,research situation at home and abroad.As well as the system framework,the second part mainly introduces the decoration industry status,current situation of Y company,positioning,strategic planning,business model,financial planning team,the existing incentive mechanism,the third part mainly analyzes the existing incentive mechanism,the fourth part mainly introduces the incentive scheme optimization of the conditions of safeguard measures and the expected effect.This article from the perspective of private corporation,analyzes the incentive scheme of a group company commissioned by the entrepreneurial projects in the face of a perfectly competitive market,in the current global economic downturn in the environment,has a certain universal significance,can provide reference for the same type of construction enterprise project incentive mechanism.
