A kinds of wild Cardamine with selenium hyperaccumulation had been first found in China.Selenium content exceeds the desert plants Astragalus bisulcatus and Stanleya pinnata,They are recognized as selenium-enriched plant which have average selenium levels in the body than 1000mg/kg.In order to understand Se selenium tolerance characteristics of the resources plant,Selenium accumulation Cardamine hirsuta and cabbage were treated with different concentrations of the single salt and balanced salt(MS medium)of selenate and selenite respectively.The concentration of sodium selenate were 0 mg / L,20 mg / L,40 mg / L,60 mg / L,80 mg / L,100 mg / L;Sodium Selenite were 0 mg / L,10 mg / L,20 mg / L,30 mg / L,40 mg / L,50 mg / L,100 mg / L,150 mg / L,200 mg / L,400 mg / L,600 mg / L.The germination rate,the survival of seedling rate and the initiation etiolation rate seedings were counted when the plant were treated with different types of selenium salt,plants height,root weight and biomass(dry weight,fresh weight)were measured when the plant were applied the selenium salt stress,The results are as follows:1.The results showed that seed germination of sodium selenate tolerance could achieve at least 300 mg / L;Selenite tolerance could at least reach 400 mg / L.when Cardamine seed treated by single selenium salts and balanced salt.2.Cardamine selenium tolerance were higher than cabbage,At the same selenium salt treatment,Cardamine inhibition of growth was less than the cabbage,Cardamine plants were survival longer than the cabbage under stress selenium.3.Sodium selenite treatment plant growth were better than the state of the same concentration of sodium selenate,such as Plant germination,seedling rate,the initiation etiolation rate seedings,root length,plant height,fresh and dry weight and other indicators had obvious advantages.4.Transcriptome analysis obtained Cardamine tolerate selenium and selenium metabolism related gene clues,further analysis is still in progress.
