Sunshine duration is an important index of the observation of solar radiation,and it has an important sense to agro-forestry.At the same time,sunshine duration is one of the basic observation elements in the meteorological service system of China.Dark-tube and focusing sunshine recorder are being used in the current meteorological service system,which use primitive burn mark method.In order to solve this problem,there has been a variety of automated sunshine recorder at home and abroad,including bimetallic strip type,direct-radiator type,total-raditor type.These three kinds of sunshine recorder have their own advantages and disadvantages,but the advantages of the total-raditor type are outstanding.Total-raditor sunshine recorder is based on total radiation and scattering radiation to calculate sunshine duration.It has high precision,wide application,reliable operation,small size,and need not to track the sun.Besides,it is suitable for business sunshine.With the development of meteorological service in China,the concept of "intelligent meteorology" is put forward in the field of meteorology.The intellectualization of the meteorological sensor is an important embodiment of the intelligent meteorology in the field of atmosphere detection.But the existing sunshine sensors only have realized the preliminary automation of sunshine observation,and they are far away from intellectualization.Therefore,this project carries out intelligent research on sunshine recorder.According to the current development situation of the sunshine recorder in China,a set of realization scheme is designed for the intellectualization of sunshine recorder.In this scheme,the sunshine recorder selects total-raditor type as the working principle.The design of the platform of sunshine recorder intellectualization is realized by the combination of microprocessor and acquisition module.Various intelligent functions are realized by powerful embedded software.Software management has the aid of embedded operating system.At the same time,two communication modes of wireless and cable are designed to realize convenient and reliable communication in various scenes.The realization of online updating and online calibration makes the sunshine recorder more intelligent.The hardware platform of the intelligent sunshine recorder uses the STM32F107VCT6 microprocessor as the core and the high-performance S1133-01 photodiode as the sensing element.Equipped with real-time clock circuit,FLASH storage circuit,serial communication circuit,ZigBee communication module,power supply circuit and heating circuit,a perfect hardware platform has been formed.In theprocess of designing software,this paper first completes the study of online upgrade based on ZigBee wireless communication.Then the transplantation of the ?C/OS-II operating system is realized.And this paper writes the modules of data acquisition,data processing,serial communication,wireless communication,FLASH storage,and soft clock on the system.Based on the obtained sampling original data,the study of online calibration is carried out.The design of non-linearity self-correcting and online modification is achieved.Finally,the design of the software system is completed.With the designed intelligent sunshine recorder as the core,the intelligent sunshine recorder system is built and test.After some relative tests,intelligent sunshine recorder has achieved digitized and automatic acquisition,wireless communication,online updating,non-linearity self-correcting,online modification and other functions.For the non-linearity self-correcting model,the relative error of sunshine duration can be reduced to less than 2% under sunny day,and can be controlled around 5% in cloudy days.However,the relative error of sunshine hours in overcast is not improved obviously.The intelligent sunshine recorder what is designed in this project has good application value,and has some reference and significance for the intellectualization of meteorological sensors in our country.
