With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to education of the next generation,so the status of teachers is becoming more and more important.But often some teachers’ teaching practical ability can not reach the professional level and can not meet the needs of people.The pre-service teacher is an important part of the teachers’ team,so it is necessary to study the teaching practice ability of the pre-service teachers.In today’s society,due to the implementation of the new curriculum and the number of teachers is saturated,the pressure of pre-service teachers is increasing,students become more and more difficult to teach.Based on this situation,this paper studies the teaching practice ability of pre-service maths teachers,aiming at helping people understand the importance of talents,recognize their strengths and weaknesses,and helping universities understand curriculum settings and improve practice links.The present situation of the teaching practical ability of pre-service maths teachers is discussed in this paper,with the 2018 postgraduates of the curriculum and teaching theory major of a school as the research object,through video analysis,survey research,scale evaluation method and literature research method.First of all,on the 12 session of the 2018 courses of postgraduate professional simulation teaching process,the use of video recorders,taking notes for recording,the use of tape recorders on the other 10 teachers teaching evaluation process were recorded,and then the video recording results of collation and analysis,from the teaching design,teaching organization,language expression,writing on the blackboard design these four aspects summarizes the pre-service math teachers’ teaching practice ability,and for every problem gives specific examples,qualitative analysis of the pre-service math teachers’ teaching practice ability.At the same time,in the 12 pre-service maths teachers simulation lectures,10 class teacher gave them a score,using the scale evaluation method to get each pre-service math teachers’ teaching practice ability score,and then establish the cobweb model obtained each pre-service math teachers score in the four aspects of teaching design,teaching organization,language the expression on the blackboard design,finally carries on the analysis results,the quantitative assessment of pre-service math teachers’ teaching practical ability.Through qualitative and quantitative research,the following conclusions are obtained.Teaching design problem is the teaching content is not complete,teaching step is not smooth,no innovation;teaching organization existing the classroom environment is monotonous,the form of teaching activities is simple and classroom questioning is not appropriate;there is speed too fast expression of language,intonation straight lack of rhythm,scientific language errors,lack of language the diversity;the design of the board is too simple,the focus is not prominent,the layout is not beautiful.Finally,by combing the above results,it puts forward several suggestions from three aspects,including schools,teachers and students.The school should optimize education theory course structure,strengthen the teaching practice ability,strengthen the construction of teachers,teachers should reform the teaching methods,improve the ability of students to tutor,observe excellent classroom,strengthen the teaching design training,strengthening the skill training teaching.
