With the development of the national economy,the continuous development and consumption of metal resources,the comprehensive development and utilization of low-grade and multi-metal resources have become an important way to guarantee the demand for metal in our country.The test ore was taken from the Maguannansong copper-tin deposit.Ore structure and structure are complex,mineral inlaying is fine,the grade is low,and the sulfur content of the ore is relatively high,making ore sorting difficult.This article takes the ore as the research object,and explores the beneficiation process and the pharmacy system in light of the complex and high-sulphur characteristics associated with the ore and polymetal.It optimizes the process according to the sorting effect and determines the final test process flow to develop and utilize the copper resources of the mine.Provide technical basis;and provide reference for the feasibility study of beneficiation plant,concentrator design,plant selection and future industrial production.The main useful elements in the ore are copper,sulphur,iron and tin,among which the0.75% copper grade,the 90.26% primary copper sulfide,the copper mineral mainly chalcopyrite,the Fe grade 34.48%,and the iron minerals mainly include red Limonite and a small amount of magnetite;Sn grade 0.35%,tin minerals mainly cassiterite;other metal elements such as Mo,Pb,Zn no recovery value,gangue minerals mainly calcite,followed by quartz,dolomite,biotite,etc.The higher sulfur content in the ore was 18.87%,which caused great difficulties in the selection of iron and tin.Based on the comprehensive process mineralogy study,the paper conducted a conditional test study on the ore sorting process and determined the best pharmaceutical system.After the open circuit process,the number of fine and sweeping stages at each stage was determined;"Copper-Sulfur Mixed Flotation-Copper Sulfur Concentrate Regrind Separation-Flotation Tailings Magnetic Separation-Re-election" joint process.The closed circuit test process finally obtained six products,among which the copper grade in the copper concentrate was 21.69% and the recovery rate was 90.52%;the S grade in the sulfur concentrate was 42.70%,the recovery rate was 90.20%;the weak magnetic separation obtained the grade 67.27 % iron concentrate with a recovery rate of 4.25%;iron concentrate with a grade of 54.75% and a recovery rate of 19.7% by strong magnetic separation;tin concentrate with a grade of 50.26% and a recovery rate of 34.46%,with a grade of 3.28%,The recovery rate of 26.80% tin mine.Get a better sorting index.
