Research On The Optimization Of The Financing Model Of Shandong's Marine Strategic Emerging Industries From The Perspective Of Development Finance

Marine industry plays an important role in the economic development of Shandong province,and Marine strategic emerging industry has shown obvious advantages in recent years.Marine strategic emerging industry is a high-risk and high-investment technology-intensive industry.Therefore,all kinds of financial institutions are very cautious about lending funds to them for the sake of risk aversion,which makes it difficult to finance for this kind of industry.In recent years,developmental financial financing model as an effective way to solve the problem provides a solution: it breaks through the limitations of traditional financing model by diversifying financing channels and improving risk bearing capacity.It brings the government into the financing mode and use the government credit support to establish a developmental financial finance institutions which can improve the efficiency of financing and build a good credit environment.Marine strategic emerging industry will have an efficient mode of financing.Firstly,this paper introduces the research's background,significance and related concept to figure out the characteristics of Marine strategic emerging industries and the developmental financial financing model.Development present situation and existing problems of domestic and Shandong ocean strategic emerging industry also be introduced in this part.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper constructs the developmental financial financing mode of the Marine strategic emerging industry in Shandong province from the perspectives of the whole financing mode's thoughts and principles,objectives,contents and operation.Thirdly,this paper established the game model under the traditional and developmental financial financing mode between financial institutions and Marine industry.The research results show that in developmental financial financing mode,if the punishment cost is greater than the principal and interest,financial institutions will gradually adopt the developmental financial financing mode instead of the traditional financing model.And Marine industry will also choose reimbursement.It can reduce the financing cost and risk.The financing ability of Shandong Marine strategic emerging industries will be improved which stimulated a virtuous relationship between the credit cycle.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as combining government regulation with market regulation,highlighting the intermediary role of developmental financial institutions,and optimizing the reward and punishment mechanism of financing mode from the perspective of Shandong Marine strategic emerging industries and financial institutions.
