Research And Application Of Rural County Influence Model Based On Complex Network

The imbalance of regional development has always been a major issue to study around the world.In China,solving regional poverty is an important task of precise precision po,verty alleviation.,and also a key way to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Rural regional development has been paid more and more attention in our country.Therefore,,it is urgent to explore a new way to realize the overall development model of the region by creating poverty-stricken regions to help each other,expanding the advantages and compensating the disadvantages,and promoting the coordinated development between counties in the countryside.The aim of this paper is to solve the coordinated development of counties in rural areas.Making use of complex networks can well express the influence relationship between counties in rural areas.,this paper studies the regional development of counties in rural areas,promotes the coordinated development of rural areas,resolves regional overall poverty from a macro perspective,and puts forward effective suggestions for users engaged in planning rural regional development.The detailed research work is as follow:(1)Research on the method to calculating the Index of rural county influence based on BP neural network.Based on the regional system theory of human-land relationship and China's precise poverty alleviation strategy,to build a rural county influence index system.The statistical data of 24 rural counties were statistically processed and normalized.To process and normalize the index data of 24 rural counties,and calculate the value of rural county influence by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)as the expected value of the BP neural network measurement model.Then the rural county influence calculation model is established by BP neural network to obtain more accurate value of rural county influence.(2)Research on the construction of rural county influence complex network model.Using the BP neural network model of countryside county influence to get the value of countryside county influence,which is an important basis to express the radius of countryside county influence to construct the adjacency matrix of countryside county influence and generate the complex network of countryside county influence by the adjacency matrix.Based on the analysis of the statistical characteristics of the complex network on rural county influence.the regional differences of node degree and the structure of communnity network,put forward some suggestions for the regional development planning of rural county.(3)Based on the BP neural network index calculation method of rural county influence and the study of complex network model of rural county influence,combined with the needs analysis and functional requirements of users engaged in planning rural regional development,designed and implemented the rural county influence analysis system.The users in related fields can analyze the relationship between rural counties in the region better and provide decision support for the regional development of rural counties.
