Ultra-fast laser has a wide range of applications in many fields due to many excellent characteristics of itself.So in order to have a more accurate understanding of the ultrafast laser,as well as its own development and more in-depth application in other fields,it is particularly important for the accurate measurement of the ultrafast laser's own waveform.The basic criterion for judging the merits of a laser pulse measurement is to see if it can completely and accurately detect all the information provided by the laser pulse itself.However,the former measurements of ultra-fast laser waveform have different short plates.The pulse waveform cannot be accurately recovered and the process is cumbersome and complicated,which makes it difficult to meet the current application requirements.Therefore,it is important to put forward a more efficient,convenient and fast ultra-fast pulse waveform measurement method both in theory and in practice.In this paper,The significance,history and current status of ultra-fast pulse waveform measurement are briefly introduced.Secondly,a new type of double-delay third-order correlation pulse waveform measurement is theoretically elaborated.And according to the light path base on the pulse waveform measurement model,the influence of different factors such as the angle of incident light,the deflection posture of the crystal and the thickness of the crystal on the waveform measurement results is analyzed.At last the process and method of the recovery of pulse waveform which meet the requirements,and the major error in the recovery process are elaborated and analyzed.A parameter influence analysis with the value of reference is proposed for ultrafast pulse measurement light path,it has guiding significance for the precise adjustment of single shot pulse measurement light path.For the reconstruction of pulse waveform,an algorithm for the accurate recovery of pulse waveform is proposed based on the double-delay third-order correlation method.This algorithm is able to obtain the unique waveform of laser pulse,which has obvious advantages over the other methods.
