With the decline of Daqing crude oil production in recent years,the transportation situation of the northeast pipe network has also changed.In 2017,the Qingtie Fourth Pipeline changed from transporting Russian crude oil to transporting Qingji oil,and changed from the ordinary temperature transportation mode to heating transportation mode.After the Qingtie Four Lines changed to new oil products,it's neccesary to re-plan the transportation plan to achieve energy reduction.Therefore,this paper optimizes the Qingtie Fourth Pipeline after the transformation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The main oil transportation process and current operation plan of Qingtie Fourth Pipeline were investigated.The pipeline basic design parameters,the basic parameters of the station and the data collection of the current operation plan were completed,and the basic physical property test was carried out for the oil in the tube,established the Qingtie Fourth Pipeline database.A new characteristic curve fitting method is proposed for the variable frequency pump.The result proves that the calculation problem of the lead pump can be well solved.Taking the production energy minimum as the objective function,for the characteristics of the variable frequency pump in the Qingtie Fourth Pipeline,the variables such as the variable operating speed of the variable frequency pump and the combination of the outbound temperature and the pump are designed as optimization variables,and the pumping station.The pressure of the inlet and outlet of the station,the temperature of the inlet and outlet of the heating station,the hydraulic and thermal conditions of the entire pipeline,the heating load of the heating furnace equipped with the heating station,and the relevant parameters of the pump equipped with the pump station as the constraints of the optimization model,established the Qingtie Fourth Pipeline.Run an optimized mathematical model.According to the characteristics of the established model,three different heuristic search algorithms,genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing algorithm,were used to solve the model.The case calculation and analysis were carried out for the winter working conditions and the summer working conditions respectively,and the corresponding optimization scheme was obtained.The winter working conditions can reduce the energy consumption by 7.84%,and the summer working conditions can reduce the energy consumption by 6.29%.Finally,the genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are analyzed in the solution of the model.The comprehensive optimization results and the solution speed are recommended to be solved by particle swarm optimization.
