Healthy adult serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)are important blood lipid detection indicators in clinic. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the two indicators of blood lipid and geographical environmental factors, reveal the geographical differentiation of reference values of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in healthy adults in China, and analyze how geographical environment affects the two indicators of blood lipid. In this paper, mathematical and geostatistical methods were used to establish prediction models to predict the reference value distribution of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride, and to analysis and research on the national scale. This article collected data on serum total cholesterol and triglycerides from 42477 healthy adults in 29 provincial-level administrative regions,as well as spatial, meteorological, and soil data from counties and cities across the country.A preliminary spatial autocorrelation analysis and correlation analysis were performed on the data to obtain geographic factors related to serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The indicators with significant correlation are selected, and the model is constructed by principal component analysis, ridge regression analysis, support vector machine and artificial neural network, and the prediction model is established. The prediction results of each model of serum total cholesterol reference value and triglyceride reference value were evaluated by error test. The artificial neural network prediction model was selected as the final prediction model of serum total cholesterol and triglycerides. This model is used to predict the reference values of serum total cholesterol and triglycerides in 2322 counties and cities across the country,so as to plot the trend and distribution of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride reference values in Chinese healthy adults using Kriging interpolation..After the research in this paper, the following results and conclusions are drawn:(1)There is spatial autocorrelation between the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride index data of Chinese healthy adults, and the geographical spatial distribution is regular.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the serum total cholesterol index data of Chinese healthy adults is positively correlated with latitude, altitude and annual sunshine hours;it is negatively correlated with annual average temperature, annual average relative humidity and annual precipitation. The data of triglyceride index in Chinese healthy adults was significantly positively correlated with latitude, altitude, temperature, and topsoil;it was significantly negatively correlated with annual mean temperature, annual average relative humidity, and annual precipitation.(2)Through the model construction, four prediction models are constructed. The error test is then performed by calculating the MSE,RMSE,MAD,and MRE values of the model. After four models of simulation, prediction and test, the MSE,RMSE,MAD and MRE values of the artificial neural network model are the smallest, which means that the artificial neural network prediction model has the best prediction effect. Therefore, the artificial neural network prediction model is selected as the final prediction model of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride.(3)The artificial neural network model is selected, and 2322 prediction results are obtained directly through the program running of the model. Finally, the trend graph and distribution map of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride reference values of Chinese healthy adults were drawn by predictive results. It can be seen from the figure that the distribution of serum total cholesterol reference value is continuous, the highest in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the lower in other regions, and the lowest in the southern region. The distribution of triglyceride reference values is also relatively continuous, and the distribution trend is the highest in the northwest region, higher than the rest of the country, and the lowest in the southeast coastal region. From the above results and conclusions,it can be concluded that the reference value of serum total cholesterol in Chinese healthy adults and the reference value of Chinese healthy adults' triglycerides are affected to some extent by various geographical factors.By studying the geographical differentiation of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride reference values in healthy adults,it can assist in the formulation of blood lipid reference values in different regions of China, and can supplement the medical geographical distribution of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride reference values.
