| In recent years,with the emergence of Internet maps,POI data has developed rapidly.Baidu,Tencent,Gaode and other Internet map companies have also established their own POI databases.POI stands for "Point of Interest",which means all points that can be abstracted as entities.Each POI contains four aspects of name,category,address,and coordinates.POI data has the advantages of simple structure,large amount of data,and strong current situation.It is widely used by many scholars in urban planning and business analysis,and has become a new research data source.In the era of Internet big data,all business data will be "traceable." From small farmhouses,convenience stores,homestays,restaurants,Internet cafes,to tourist resorts,supermarket chains,hotels,restaurants,and entertainment cities,you can query and obtain relevant information through the POI database on the map.This article uses programming language programming to obtain commercial data from the Baidu Maps POI database for the study of the distribution characteristics of commercial agglomeration in cities.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Call the Baidu map API interface,write the POI data acquisition program in Go language for data acquisition,and obtain the shopping stores,catering hotels,life services,entertainment media,companies,beauty and fitness,education and medical care of Kunming City after preprocessing Commercial POI vector data for eight major categories of insurance finance.(2)Using the standard deviation ellipse analysis method,the direction distribution of commercial POI data in Kunming was studied,and the main areas of commercial agglomeration and the direction and trend of commercial development were analyzed.Based on the national economic and social development data of each urban area of Kunming City in 2018,select 5 factors of regional GDP,permanent population,tertiary industry output value,urban per capita disposable income and rural per capita disposable income to carry out the main components Analysis and multiple regression analysis to test the effect of business agglomeration.(3)Through buffer analysis and function fitting methods,a spatial analysis of the commercial agglomeration effect in the main urban area was carried out to explore the relationship between the degree of commercial agglomeration and the distance fromthe main urban road,and an attenuation function for the agglomeration effect was established,using The initial value of function aggregation is used to judge whether various businesses have obvious aggregation phenomenon.Using the methods of nuclear density analysis and weighted superposition analysis,the commercial hotspot clustering distribution research was conducted in the main urban area,combined with the geographic base map,the business districts of each urban area were identified and extracted.(4)Select representative business districts and study the distribution of business agglomeration from the perspective of business districts,It summarizes the business agglomeration model in the business district,the distribution laws of various business agglomerations,and predicts the future development trend of the two emerging business districts in Guanshang and University Town.The study found that the business of Kunming is mainly concentrated in the five main urban areas of Wuhua District,Panlong District,Xishan District,Guandu District and Chenggong District.It is saturated by the junction of the four districts of the old city and gradually transitions to the northward urban area and Chengcheng.The development of Gongxin District has passed the test of agglomeration effect,and the conclusion is scientific and reasonable.The distance between the business agglomeration effect and the main road exhibits an exponential decay law: as the distance from the main road increases,the agglomeration effect continues to weaken and the degree of commercial agglomeration becomes lower and lower.Commercial agglomeration expands along a certain direction and distance to form a business circle.Commercial businesses in the business circle generally form three types of business agglomeration models: "linear agglomeration","line-surface integration" and "plane-shaped agglomeration". |
