CMa OB1 complex is an important and relatively nearby star-forming region in the third Galactic quadrant. We present a 16.5 deg 2 12CO,13CO and C18O mapping observation toward CMa OB1 complex(221°?l?227°,-2.5°?b?0.5°,,by using data from ongoing Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting(MWISP,project's survey. The gas distribution maps and physical parameters of CMa OB1 molecular cloud with the three-dimensional(l-b-v,are studied carefully in this study.83 C18O molecular clumps were identified by GaussClumps algorithm in the CMa OB1 complex, and 95% of these C18O molecular clumps are gravitationally bound.Determining from the relationship between radius and mass, the resulting C18O molecular clumps may not be able to form massive stars. The power exponent of the core/clump mass function of CMa OB1 complex is-1.16±0.11.Besides,using semi-automatic IDL algorithm,we identify 85 outflow candidates in CMa OB1 complex with 12CO and 13 CO data, including 24 bipolar outflows candidates,33 blue and 28 red monopolar outflow candidates. The outflow candidates' physical properties indicate that massive stars may be hard to form in CMa OB1 complex.
