| With the expanding of urbanization, the demand of economical, ecological, comfortand energy conservationin living space is becoming more and more urgent. The elderly have more pressing needs of the environment. This study investigated both the climate change law of Nanjing and the Body Comfort Index, based on the relationship between“building”,“climate”and“human”.Attempt to present a strategy on the problem how to adapt the micro-climate to the building whose function turns to be old-age,and complete an instance design finally. The main purpose of the study is to fine the design of the community care center from the perspective of microclimate.Try to reduce the building energy consumption and improve the comfort of the elderly space in instance design.Firstly, discussed the background of elder care in social, and investigated the situation of aging market and the relevant theories, mainly focused on the research methods and status and technology in the field of climatic building design for elederly persons, and then, established the framework of three factors----building,climate and human.Secondly, studied the regional climate characteristics of Nanjing, then verified the comfort needs and the spatial function requirements of elderly people in Nanjing through investagion.Analyzed and refined the characteristics of general buildings and the microclimate problems that may appear during the process of updating, then combined the conventional space requirements of the elderly and related specifications to determine requirements of the design. Then, classified the related factors into three parts---construction unit, space layout and structure, from macro to micro. The aim is to propose the strategies of microclimate construction in Nanjing, such as natural ventilation, heat storing performance, based on the process of buildingl design and the methods of climate design. Finally, referred to the observed climate data to simulation the numerical value of space microclimate with software.Compared the date before and after in the instance design,to complete the evaluation of the strategies in a quantitative way. |
