Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo is a rare Chinese herbal medicine.It contains a variety of active chemical ingredient.For example,polysaccharides,polyphenols,amino acids,trace elements,and flavonoids.Dendrobium has a wide range of physiological functions which can promoting fluid production and nourish essential fluid,improve acuity of sight and nourishing stomach,consolidate the renal essence and build health.it is warmly received by the people Because of "Life-saving dianthera "reputation.however,the active ingredient can not be fully utilized and take the inconvenience If we take Dendrobium officinale directly.it can not play its role well.Ultrafine grinding technology can increase the dissolution and release of the active ingredient with a high broken rate.However,the water solubility and stability of Dendrobium officinale powders are difficult to improved.β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)have the structural characteristics of the within hydrophobic and outer hydrophilic which can form inclusion complexes with various drug molecules.It is widely used in medicine and food field due to its excellent performance of inclusion.This article explored a method to prepare a new Dendrobium officinale products which use ultrafine grinding technology combined with ultra-fine grinding technology.developed a good water-soluble,active ingredient utilization,high stability,good pharmacy performance,safety and health Dendrobium officinale preparation.In this paper,After preparing Dendrobium officinale powder by ultrafine grinding technology,We obtained higher apparent binding constants of β-CD By UV spectrophotometry,Dendrobium officinale active ingredients and β-CD inclusion dissolving the effective component of Dendrobium by UV.The result showed that:Dendrobium officinale is easy to β-CD package together.Which suggested that the Dendrobium officinale active ingredients can form a stable clathrate with β-CD.the Dendrobium officinale/β-CD powder is prepared by grinding method and verified by DTA and DRS.the experiment results indicates that the Dendrobium officinale andβ-CD powder formed a new phase which is different from Dendrobium officinale/β-CD physical mixture.using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to review its particle size,the results show that the particle size distribution are below 20μm.solubility of active ingredients,stability,cooperation with dissolution of the Dendrobium officinale are measured to determine the effect of the package,the results showed that:the adding of β-CD can increase the solubility of water-soluble active ingredients,Dendrobium officinale dissolution fuller,protein stability is improved.Experiment results show that the viscosity of Dendrobium officinale/β-CD powder decreased through of Inclusion Effect,continue to increase the proportion of β-CD,due to the occurrence of intermolecular interaction between polysaccharide molecules,the viscosity rise.β-CD was prepared in different proportions to get Dendrobium officinale preparations.Dendrobium officinale granular was prepared by wet method with Dendrobium officinale/β-CD powder.The granular which can meet the Pharmacopoeia requests in appearance,size and uniformity degree and loss on drying.further we mixed Dendrobium officinale/β-CD powder with common adjuvant to obtain Dendrobium officinale tablets which can meet the Pharmacopoeia requests in appearance,tablet weight difference,tablet hardness,disintegration time,etc.In this dissertation,ultrafine grinding technology combined with β-CD inclusion technology to improve the Dendrobium officinale powder property,not only getting good results but also successfully exploring a new method for the preparation of Dendrobium officinale products.This study provided a technology which can simplify the operating process,improve products property,effectively reduce the cost and the effect is good,it provided new ideas and new methods to research and develop the precious medicinal herbs of Dendrobium officinale.
