With the progress of society,The excellent performance of polymer materials and people's production and life has been inseparable,but most polymer materials are flammable,if not be flame retardant modification is easy to cause a fire,so the research and development of flame retardant and its application in polymer materials has become a research hotspot of scientific and technical personnel.Phosphor(phosphine)sour salt flame retardant,a series of new model environmental protection without halogen flame retardant,is developed in recent years.These kinds of flame retardant have lots of advantages such as high content of phosphorus,good effect of flame retardant properties,variety,low price,low toxic or non-toxic,color white,to be no impact resistance material color,polyurethane(PU),poly butylene terephthalate(PBT),polyvinyl chloride(PVC),polyethylene terephthalate(PET)ideal flame retardant materials.We use orthogonal experiment and single factor method respectively discussed the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and material ratio on the yield.The optimum process conditions were determined.Completed the design of the experiment to realize the industrialization production of aluminum hypophosphite.The optimum conditions of synthesis aluminum hypophosphite:chose sodium hypophosphite,aluminum nitrate as raw material.And the material ratio of n(sodium hypophosphite):n(aluminum nitrate)=4.2:1,sodium hypophosphite concentration is 9mol/L,reaction temperature 90 C,reaction of 2h.After the complete reaction,filtering,washing and drying yield up to 98.7%.The production process of aluminum hypophosphite mainly includes raw material preheating,aluminum phosphate dissolving,synthetic process of products,and washing,drying,crushing,packaging.Choose 500L the clamping sleeve type batch reactor,a pore plate and shell type centrifugal filter,fixed plate heat exchanger.Firstly,preheat the raw material,then pass into the reaction kettle,centrifugal filtering,washing,drying,crushing.The unique advantage of the process is the basic to achieve zero emissions,energy cycle,water cycle design and material circulation system.High atom utilization ratio of green environmental protection,consistent sustainable development concept.
