Shale gas have been widely developed recent years for the advantage of rich reserves and green energy resources.In this paper,focus on the problem of fierce vibration of the ground pipes aroused by higher fracturing fluid pressure and large discharged fluid during hydraulic fracturing process.And then lead to fatigue frequently.By establishing the finite element model based on fluid-structure interaction vibration performance,analyzed the effect of construction parameters-the pressure and delivery capacity of fracturing fluid,the included angel between two elbows in piping arrangement,the angel between hanging straight pipe's axis and the direction of gravity-to vibration amplitude and frequency of vibration of pipelines,proposing the new arrangement of pipelines distribution.Based on the understanding of construction process,proposed two kinds of ground pipes connection program,group connection program close to fracturing truck and crude pipeline connection between eight direct links during zipper-like hydraulic fracture.Assessed the vibration performance among these two new program and the present program.The results show that group connection program could reduce the vibration amplitude 30%and reduce the vibration frequent 33%;the crude pipeline connection program could decrease the vibration amplitude 25%,and also greatly simplified the pipeline connection complexity.The research work of this paper provides a method to evaluate the vibration characteristics of high-press flow.And also referred some accordance to assess new pipeline connection program.It is very important in decline the fail of the pipes when it's fracturing and reduce the cost in shale gas development.
