With the growing complexity of oil exploration and development,the problem of narrow density window safe drilling is more and more obvious,which has been restricting the development of Chinese oil industry severely.Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD)can accurately control the entire wellbore annular pressure profile as an improved drilling technology,and then can effectively solve various issues occurred in narrow density window drilling to prevent from formation fluids into the wellbore,and to reduce the occurrence of kicks and circulation.Controlling the bottom bore accurately is the precondition of controlling wellbore annulus pressure,but now the existing way of monitoring bottom hole pressure timely is using expensive PWD instruments.However these problems that measured data from PWD instruments worked in down hole is easy to become fuzzy and even no data can get from PWD instruments,and that China is still at an early stage of development Compared with abroad about researching in managed pressure drilling technology of bottom hole pressure study,make it priority that how to use ground instruments to monitoring bottom hole pressure precisely without PWD instruments and how to resolve above-mentioned inadequacies of PWD instruments have been important problems about the development of domestic managed pressure drilling technology.In view of this,this paper presents a set of matched monitoring and analyzing technology about managed pressure drilling,and the following results has been achieved:1.Through studying on the existing monitoring principle of managed pressure drilling,this paper designs and develops a set of bottom hole pressure monitoring timely and dynamic analysis system during drilling normally.And this system is integrated with its matched hardware system,which makes multi-source data monitoring and dynamic analysis of bottom pressure during the process of managed pressure drilling come true and then ensures drilling safely and efficiently.2.Based on the existing managed pressure drilling technology and its matched equipment,this paper designs and develops its matched data acquisition system,and data integration and fusion of the logging data,PWD data and ground monitoring data during managed pressure are realized.3.By combining the developed data acquisition system,monitoring technology is formed realistically and validly,and then the matched software systems is designed,which makes integration monitoring of multi-source data be realized and then makes the design of subsequent controlling plan and conducting decision possible.4.Taking advantage of the shaft flow water mechanical analysis model of managed pressure drilling and the static amendment technology of bottom hole pressure,this paper forms a suit of PWD-free bottom pressure analysis technology,and integrated hardware system,matched software system program is designed,and then the precise PWD-free monitoring technology of bottom pressure is realized,which makes up for the deficiency of domestic bottom pressure monitoring and expands the practical significance of managed pressure drilling technology.5.Using the shaft flow water mechanical analysis model of managed pressure drilling and the dynamic amendment technology of bottom pressure,this paper forms a suit of bottom pressure analysis technology equipped with PWD instruments,and integrated hardware system,matched software system program is designed,and then the data authenticity identification of PWD and the precise monitoring technology of bottom pressure which is equipped with PWD instruments is realized,which makes up for the shortcomings of PWD technology and then expands the popularization and application of PWD technology.6.According to the system design and combined with this matched instruments and equipment of hardware system,structuring for monitoring bottom hole pressure timely and dynamic analysis of system is done,and then its integration and development is completed.At the same time,18 wells' field applications are completed to perfecting this system,and the results show that the system runs in good condition,which can satisfy the requirements for field application and is worth promoting.This bottom hole pressure monitoring and dynamic analysis system of managed pressure drilling can monitor precisely bottom hole pressure without PWD technology and can solve the inadequacies of PWD instruments,which supports aid decision making for subsequent controlling plan and ensures safe site operation,and is of great directive value and practical purpose for managed pressure drilling technology in China.
