Copper nickel alloy, due to its excellent corrosion resistance, good plastic deformation ability, and easy to features, was widely used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, precision instruments, medical equipment and other industries.Graphene with its unique structure and excellent properties, the electrode materials, sensors, supercapacitors, adsorption materials, solar cells, energy storage, and other fields has a very wide application.Graphen again raised a research hot wave research after carbon nanotubes.Nowadays, polyaniline is attracting more and more focus as a potential material for supercapacitors due to its facile synthesis, environmental stability and simple acid/base doping/dedoping chemistry. In this research,copper-nickel nanoalloy was prepared by liquid-phase reduction method.Graphene oxide?GO?was prepared by using modified Hummers method.Graphene/copper-nickel alloy composites were prepared with liquid-phase reduction method. The technology and catalytic properties were studied in this work.Based on this composite,Polyaniline-coated graphene copper-nickel nanoparticles composite is prepared and its structure is characterized.Graphene oxide was prepared by modified Hummers method.Different mass ratio of nickel salt, copper sulfate and GO were used as raw materials and diluted hydrazine hydrate was used as reducing agent to synthesis graphene/copper-nickel alloy composites.Study shows that the composites would have the optimum particle size when the nickel salt, copper sulfate and GO have the mass ratio of 1:7,the particle size of copper-nickel nanoparticles is about 50nm.The carbon electrode which modified by graphene/copper-nickel alloy nanoparticles composites were used as the working electrode to explore its electrochemical activity in p-nitrophenol solution and glucose solution by cyclic voltammetric analysis.Studies have shown that compared with the unmodified electrode, the modified carbon electrode exhibits a higher electrochemical activity, and it provides a new method for detecting the p-nitrophenol and glucose in water.PANI/graphene/copper-nickel nanoalloy composite is synthetized using in-situ polymerization method with ammonium persulfate being oxidant. The results of cyclic voltammetric analysis indicate that the conductivity of nanocomposites is enhanced by doping with graphene/copper-nickel nanoalloy composites and the specific capacitance reaches maximum of 704.19F·g-1 with 40wt%graphene/copper-nickel composite loading.
