Polymer materials have been widely used in various fields.With the awareness of environmental protection and human health,the development of environmentally friendly,low toxicity,efficient,versatile flame retardant flame retardant industry has become the trend in future.The organophosphine-based flame retardants are considered to be one of the most promising alternative to a halogen-based flame retardant flame retardants.Especially the alkyl phosphonates,as a new generation of the green phosphorus-based flame retardants that developed in recent years,has been concerned.In this paper.Phenylphosphinic acid(PPA),Hydroxymethylphenylphosphinic acid(HMPPA),aluminum hypophosphite(FR005)were synthesized,and hydroxymethylphenylphosphinic acid applied in polyethylene terephthalate and aluminum hypophosphite applied in polyamide and kinds of systems were researched.In this paper.Phenylphosphinic acid were syhthesized from phenylphosphine dichloride and water by controlling the hydrolysis reaction condition.The reaction conditions,such as the selection and dosage of catalyst.reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.The optimun reaction conditions determined by orthogonal are as follows:with 0.01 g benzyl triethylamine chloride catalyst,the reaction temperature is 20?.the reaction time is 6 h,the product yield was 75.1%.Chemical structure of the product was mearsured by IR.1HNMR and elemental analysis.Then with PPA and paraformaldehyde as raw materials.hydroxymethylphenylphosphinic acid was syhthesized.Ths reaction conditions,such as the reaction temperature,reaction time and choice of the annealed solvent were studied.The optimun reaction conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 140?,the reaction time is 6 h and the annealed solvent is isopropyl alcohol.The yield of HMPPA can be 86.00%.Chemical structure of the product was mearsured by IR.1HNMR and elemental analysis,and the heat stability was analysed by TG.Aluminum hypophosphite was synthesized from a mixed solution of sodium hypophosphite and aluminum sulfate.The reaction conditons,such as the ratio of reactants.the concentration of sodium hypophosphite.the reaction temperature and reaction time ware studied.The optim un reaction conditions determined by orthogonal are as follows:the molar of sodium hypophosphite and aluminum sulfate is 7.5:1,the concentration of sodium hypophosphite is 9 mol/L.the reaction temperature is 90? and the reaction time is 1 h.The yield of product can be 96.6%.Chemical structure of the product was mearsured by IR,ICP,and the heat stability was analysed by TG.On the base of reference biliography,flame retardant property of hydroxymethylphenylphosphinic acid applied in PET and aluminum hypophosphite applied in PA6 and kinds of systems were tested.The results show that hydroxymethylphenylphosphinic acid and aluminum hypophosphite are good quantum flame retardant.Its influence on the physical properties of meterial is little with the little addition.
