This experiment is the choice of resorcinol(R)and formaldehyde(F)as the main raw materials,in anhydrous sodium carbonate(C)as a condition of initiator,polymerization of phenolic resin based carbon spheres by using dynamic suspension,then with ammonium persulfate(APS)as oxidant,aniline(AN),hydrochloric acid as raw materials,the chemical the oxidative polymerization of phenolic resin based carbon spheres prepared/polyaniline composites.And the use of phenol resorcinol to replace part of preparation of phenolic resin based carbon spheres,which were obtained by the reaction of phenolic resin based carbon spheres/phenol doped polyaniline composites.Using SEM,XRD and so on two kinds of phenolic resin based carbon spheres/morphology and structure of polyaniline composites were characterized,and it is made into electrode materials were assembled into a super capacitor,using cyclic voltammetry,constant current charge discharge,impedance method to test their electrochemical performances.Conclusion dynamic suspension polymerization,phenolic resin based carbon spheres were scattered,good spherical full,ball diameter is more homogeneous.By cyclic voltammetry,pure carbon spheres with aniline ratio was 0.5:1,in situ polymerization composites prepared as electrode material for supercapacitor capacitance performance.The phenolic resin based carbon spheres all doped phenol,P4RF carbon/polyaniline composite material specific capacity and energy density is the biggest,the specific capacitance of 23.50 F·g-1,than the energy value of 3.27 Wh·kg-1.
