Graphene oxide which used as carbon-based material was synthesized by adopted Hummers method, and the Ni2+-Co2+/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The activated carbon fiber which used as carbon-based material was prepared by electrostatic spinning, preoxidation and carbonization methods and the polyacrylonitrile as the raw material.Metal oxides/activated carbon fiber/polyaniline composite material was prepared by metal ion doping and in-situ polymerization method.Microtopography, microstructure and elementary composition of a a series of composite materials was characterized by SEM,TEM,FI-IR,XRD and XPS.Wetting property of the composites was characterized by contact angle text. The electrochemical property of a series of composites electrode materials was characterized by cyclic voltammerty and AC impedance. The asymmetric supercapacitors were assembled by using any of groups of composite electrode material as positive electrode and activated carbon/graphite powder as negative electrode. The energy storage test, capacitance attenuation rate and life of supercapacitors were tested by constant current charge and discharge test and cycle stability test. The results showed that among the composite materials,a novel metal oxide/activated carbon fiber/polyaniline composite material owing short fiber feature with tadpole-looking nano-structure was successfully prepared. And the supercapacitor regarded with excellent electrochemical performance and stable cycle property.
