As a nontoxic,green and renewable biological resin,shellac has excellent film-forming and water proofing property,which was widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries.The lac resin had gradually fade out of the application range by rapid progress of science and technology,by the emergence of artificial resin and by the differences between batches and high price of the shellac.However,energy shortage,environment pollution and other issues made the shellac once again return to the line of sight of the researchers,so how to make use of lac rein,or how to improve the production of lac resin added value has become the current main research direction.In the preceding work of our project group,used the "Gemini" amphiphilic molecular structure of lac resin,under certain conditions to realize the accumulation of the lac resin by this unique gathering behavior to the preparation of functional materials,which was the main research purpose of this article.For this reason,in this paper,the preparation of porous lac resin foam material by an ice crystal template method to hole,the preparation of hydrophobic lac resin foam via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)of trichloromethylsilane(TCMS),which was the preparation of hydrophobic lac resin foam materials.The preparation of lac resin/gelatin composite foam materials were applied to the 3D tissue culture scaffolds as a potential.What's more,we studied the hydrophobic segment of lac resin(aleuritic acid)aggregation behavior in aqueous phase,and further reveal the lac resin aggregation behavior in aqueous phase.The main research contents and results were described as follows:(1)The results,preparation of porous lac resin foam materials by ice crystal template method,showed that the temperature of cryopolymerization should be no higher than the temperature of the lac resin sodium freeezing points(-9.748?±0.5?,about-10?).However,the concentration of lac resin sodium rather than temperature plays a decisive role in porous lac resin foams,which the poriness tend to decrease with concentration increasing.For the hydrophobic lac rein foam materials via TCMS modified,we employed FT-IR,DSC,TG and SEM to determine structure and property of the cross-section hydrophobic 1ac resin foams.The lac resin foams must be well constant humidity before modified in different relative humidity(RH33,RH58 and RH84).We discovered the larger of RH,the more of nanofibers of polysilane.The adsorptive property results showed the hydrophobic lac resin foams can applications for oil/water separation and selective oil absorption.(2)The porous composite foam materials about lac resin and gelatin,which tested the structure and performance by FT-IR,DSC,TG and SEM.The gelatin with lac resin to prepare composite porous materials.Results on phosphate buffer solutions(PBS)degradation showed that the degradation rates of total composite foam materials mass were about 30%at pH=6.8 and almost 100%at pH=7.2,respectively.Herein,we can use it as cell culture scaffolds or wall materials of drugs.(3)The experimental results and analysis indicated:self-assembly of aleuritic acid with 13 kinds of counter-ion in the aqueous solutions,ammonium salts(tetramethylammonium chloride,tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution,choline chloride and tetrabutylammonium bromide),urea,guanidine hydrochloride and 1,6-hexylenediamine were all poorly.2-aminoethanol,6-amino-1-hexanol,3-amino-1,2-propanediol and L-lysine were effective.Moreover,we discussed about self-assembly of 6-amino-1-hexanol with Palmitic acid,16-hydroxypalmitic acid,12-hydroxystearic acid,or aleuritic acid(different hydroxyl acid and hydroxyl position),which certified the hydroxyl position and numbers affect aggregation morphology of hydroxyl fatty acids.In addition,under the different temperature,the particle size ditribution of counter-ions with hydroxyl fatty acids in the aqueous solutions.Hence,through dispersion study found the self-assembly of properity about aleuritic acid with counter-ion has a potential value serve as carrier for drug in the aqueous solutions.
