In this dissertation,seven coordination polymers based on 3-(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-5-(4-carboxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole(H4DBPT)and 3,5-bis'-dicarboxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole(H5BDCT)in the presence of auxiliary ligands,such as di-3,6-(4-pyridinyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine(DiPyTz),1,2-di(pyridin-4-yl)diazene(4-DiPyDz),and N-(5-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)nicotinamide(TzNA),1,4-2(imidazole-l-methyl)benzene(1,4-bix),have been synthesized by self-assembling with different metal ions(Cd2+/Pb2+/Zn2+)at different solvents and temperatures.The structures of the seven coordination polymers were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,infrared,PXRD,elemental analysis and thermal analysis,The performance of the coordination polymers in fluorescence probe have also been investigated.1.Three novel complexes 1-3 have been synthesized by reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with 3-(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-5-(4-carboxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole(H4DBPT)and bispyridyl ligands(4-DiPyDz)under hydrothermal conditions.Coordination polymers 1-3([Cd3(HDBPT)2(H2O)4]·5H2O(1),(C2H5N)[Cd1.5(HDBPT)(HCOO)(C5H5N)]·xG(G = DMF and H2O)),[Cd3(HDBPT)2(DiPyDz)2(H2O)2]·8H2O(3))crystallized in P1?Cmca?C2/c space group respectively.The complexes 1 and 2 were obtained under the conditions of the same raw material and different solvents,indicating that the solvent had some influence on the coordination mode of the coordination polymer and the structure of the coordination polymers.Complexes 1-3 have good stability and good optical properties,their applications in fluorescent probes,including the detection of metal ions.benzene and imidazole drugs have been investigatived.The experiments show that all the three complexes have the potential for selective detection of Fe3+ ions and show high sensitivity to 2,4,6-trinitrophenol,p-nitroaniline and most imidazole drugs.2.H4DBPT was used as a ligand to reaction with Pb2+ ions in the presence of ligand N-(5-1 H-tetrazolyl)nicotinamide(TzNA)under certain conditions to synthesize a novel coordination polymer.Complexes[Pb1.5(DBPT)]·3H2O·2DMA(4)showed good optical properties and had two different emission peaks at different excitation wavelengths.The complexes 4 have the potential for selective detection of In3+,Fe3+,Al3+,Zr4+ ions and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol,nitrobenzene,metronidazole,p-nitroanilide at the 380nm emission wavelength.While at the 540nm emission wavelength,the complexes have been used as fluorescent probes to detect Fe3+ ions and p-nitroaniline,2,4,6-trinitrophenol,2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole,Nitramine,ornidazole,netilmicarb,metronidazole and showed high selectivity and high sensitivity.3.The reactions of H5BDCT and bispyridyl ligands(DiPyTz,1,4-bix)with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O give rise to three original complexes 5-7 under solvothermal condition.[Zn(H2BDCT)(H2O)2]H20(5),[Zn2(HBDCT)(1,4-bix)]xG(G = H20)(6),[Zn2(HBDCT)(DiPyTz)(H2O)2]·6H2O(7)belong to the monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group.Complexes 5-7 show good stability and fluorescence properties.Although none of the metal ions can be selectively detected,The spatial configurations of the compounds are different,which makes the complexes show different detection sensitivity for different small molecules of benzene and imidazole drugs.Complex 5 showed high sensitivity to 2,4,6-trinitrophenol and p-nitroaniline,while complex 6 could effectively detect 2,4,6-trinitrophenol and dimetridazole and ornidazole.Complex 7 showed high selectivity for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol,p-nitroaniline and dimetridazole.
