Acoustic metamaterials are new areas of acoustics that have been developed in recent years.At present,in the high frequency range,the technique of noise reduction and noise reduction is relatively mature.However,in the lower frequency range,the study of acoustic insulation technology of materials is not sufficient.On the other hand,there is an increasing demand for low frequency acoustic insulation technology materials in real life.The social need for such materials is not only the effect of improving sound insulation,but more importantly the material needs to low frequency,broadband and light quality.Due to the limitation of the law of mass action,the general acoustic insulation material cannot meet the demand of the light quality of such materials in real life.Therefore,a comprehensive study on acoustic metamaterials has been carried out at home and abroad,and it is expected to create a new type of material that is suitable for noise reduction and noise reduction in the range of low frequency.This paper mainly study acoustic super thin film material performance in sound insulation sound insulation to expand,mainly includes:a metamaterial simulation calculation of band gap materials unit cell quantity of acoustic finite element simulation,materials acoustic insulation performance of the control law.method of exploring thin film acoustic metamaterials is mainly based on the method of studying the phonon crystal of thin plate type.Based on the classical theory of bandgap characteristics,the acoustic solid coupling model is established.The finite element analysis method and acoustic basic knowledge are connected,and the energy band structure chart of the metamaterial is obtained by COMSOL.In this paper,the band gap frequency range is analyzed,and the software processing method of acoustic supermaterial sound insulation is described.The sound insulation,reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient of the supermaterial in single cell was simulated and the effect of each parameter on the sound insulation was analyzed.When the elastic wave propagates in the crystal,if its frequency is in the crystal band gap,then there will be severe attenuation in the frequency range.In acoustics,it is reflected that the wave will be reflected by a large number of reflections,and transmitted a little.In this paper,the sound insulation curve is obtained by simulation.The band gap frequency range and sound insulation magnitude are measured from the curve.It is discussed the factors that influence the sound insulation characteristics of supermaterials and the application value of this material in real life.
