Due t o t he structural charact eri stics of fossil energy r esour ces of rich in coal,lack in oil and natural ga s,t he consu mpt ion of coal has led t o a continuous incr ease i n CO2 emi ssions.However,CO 2 has t he charact eri sti cs of t her modynami c stabili ty and dynami c inertia,and the activati on i s di ffi cult.T he key to converti ng CO 2 i nto chemical i s t he activati on of stabl e CO 2 mol ecules,whi ch u sually requires t he partici pation of catalyst s in chemical r eacti ons.T he conver si on of CO 2 to met hanol i s an effecti ve way to conver t CO 2.T he study of heter ogeneous cat alyst s i s a crucial st ep.T he current r esearch concentrat es on t he i mpr ovement of Cu-Zn O based catalyst s,i ncluding modi fi cati on of packagi ng additives,modi ficat ion of pr eparation methods,modi ficati on of precursor and so on.Traditional catalyst s all use ba si c carbonate as pr ecur sor.I n thi s paper,acet ylacetone salt was u sed as pr ecur sor t o prepare C u-Cu2O-Z n O and Cu-Cu2O-Z n O-Zr O2 catalyst?a mount of substance of Zr is 10%?of di ffer ent copper and zi nc rati os?the ratio of amount of substance of Cu and Z n is 5:4 and 3:6?by hydrot her mal met hod and hydrot hermal loa din g met hod.T hrough a series of charact eri zation of XRD,H 2-T PR,CO2-T PD,H2-T PD,and the act ivity evaluation of CO2 hydrogenati on catalytic rea ction,the effect s of di ffer ent preparation methods and di fferent pr oporti ons on t he catalyst wer e i nvesti gated.T he fol lowing r esult s are obtai ned:?1?Cu-Cu2O-Zn O catalyst?the ratio of amount of substance of Cu and Zn i s 5:4and 3:6?was pr epared by hydr ot her mal method and hydr ot her mal loadi ng met hod?zinc l oaded on copper and copper loaded on zinc?usi ng acetylacetone salt as precursor.T he r esult s of XRD charact eri zation showed that the pha se of copper in the catalyst was Cu 2O and Cu.T he Cu 2O grain size of Cu:Z n for 3:6 is small,CO 2 and H2are ea sil y desorption and more act ive sit es.It i s mor e beneficial to CO 2 desor pti on and t he i ncr ease of a ctive si tes without reducti on pr etr eatment.T he conver si on rate of CO2,the sel ecti vit y and yield of metha nol of catalyst for Cu:Zn 3:6 wer e hi gher than those of Cu:Z n wi th 5:4.T he conver si on rate of CO 2,the sel ect ivity a nd yi eld of methanol of catalyst for copper l oaded on zi nc ar e higher t han those of zi nc l oaded on copper.T he catalyti c acti vit y of t he catalyst without redu ction i s bett er t han that of the catalyst aft er r edu ction.?2?Cu-Cu2O-Z n O-Zr O2 catalyst?the rati o of a mount of substance of Cu,Z n and Zr is 5:4:1 and 3:6:1?was prepared by hydr ot her mal met hod u si ng acetyla cetone salt a s pr ecursor.T he r esults of XRD charact eri zation showed that the phase of copper i n the catal yst was Cu 2O and Cu.catalyst of Cu:Z n:Zr a s 3:6:1 has small grai n si ze,hi gh surfa ce copper content,more active sites and ea si er C O2 desorpt ion.T he conver sion rat e of CO2,t he sel ectivity a nd yi eld of metha nol for ca talyst of Cu:Z n:Zr as 3:6:1 wer e hi gher t han t hose of Cu:Z n:Zr wit h 5:4:1.T he catal ytic a cti vity of t he catalyst wit hout r edu ction i s better than that of t he catalyst aft er r educti on.
