Outstanding accidents in the geological structure complex area account for more than 90% of the total number of outstanding projects.Geological tectonic belts are one of the main factors that affect outstanding performance.At present,coal mining is gradually advancing to areas with complex geological conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effect of faults on coal and gas outburst in the process of coal roadway excavation,and to prevent and control coal and gas outburst.Based on the combined effect hypothesis and the combination of numerical simulation,catastrophe theory analysis and experimental research,this dissertation studies the influence of fault activation on coal mine excavation under mining disturbance.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The principle of fault activation induced by mining disturbances is analyzed.The results show that due to the existence of faults,the energy concentration induced by the faults leads to an increase in the outburst risk;complex faults such as reverse faults and combined faults can easily form gas accumulation.Closed faults can easily cause prominent occurrences.(2)The gas adsorption performance of four coal samples with different failure types in the fault zone was studied by experimental methods.The results show that the degree of coal damage is positively correlated with the amount of gas adsorption.The adsorption capacity of structural coal is higher than that of the original coal gas,which increases the risk of coal and gas outburst.(3)Through the numerical simulation method,the law of stress distribution of coal and rock under the influence of faults,slip law of faults during tunnel excavation and the law of sinking of roof are studied.The results show that the fault activation results in stress concentration on the working face of the tunnel,and the risk of coal and gas outburst increases;the activation of the fault triggers a drastic increase in roof subsidence,increasing the risk of coal and gas outburst.(4)Through the catastrophe theory analysis,the prominent factors in the coal roadway excavation process were studied.By establishing a theoretical model of circular discontinuity,the prominent influencing factors in the process of coal roadway excavation are analyzed,and the influence of fault activation on coal mine excavation under mining disturbance is studied.The results of the study indicate that mining disturbances may induce outstanding production.This paper studies the influence of fault activation on coal mine excavation under mining disturbances.The research results have certain reference value for guiding coal mine safety production and reducing coal mine accidents.
