Under the situation of the ultrafast develop economic,the level of our lives are more satisfactory as the development of the science and technology.However,the energy is more and more addition with the technology improved.In consideration of the relationship between energy and environmental protection,it is more important to exploit the clean energy and energy application technology.The dimethyl ether as one of the clean energy in the society has environmental protection and applicability in comparison to the oil and coal and other primary energy source,which are burned to make more pollution.In this paper,we lucubrate the dimethyl ether in physical properties and theories,as consulting domestic and foreign literatures and calculating the dotas of the demethyl ether.We get the relevant physical properties in the solution of the reality and theory.And then,we get and design the heat exchanger by the combustion effects of the demethyl ether in different environments.The gas supply equipment and transporters are also resulted from this.Not only this,we also contrast the energy which is popular in the society and have more application market in our lives.For example,the natural gas,the liquefied petroleum gas and producer gas and so on.According to the differences of combustion effects,products,thermal energy and theoretical combustion temperatures,the smoke volumes,we provide the theoretical basis and the possibility of large scale application for the demethyl ether in forever.In the meanwhile,we analyze the economy in the life and work for the demethyl ether puts into use.According to the fashionable computing method,NPV,we get the conclusion,that is the demethyl ether more suitable for sustainable development strategy than the standard coal.In this article,the design of the heat exchanger in thought of the account about the demethyl ether and water change the heat more entirely is increasing the heat exchange area.We design the collide tube type heat exchanger,we get the relevant data of the collide tube by calculated.In the application of dimethyl ether pure thermal system,we compare the single bottle supply gas and multi bottle group to get the optimal gas supply equipment mode.In thought of the air tightness of transportation equipment,we also analyze the data of pressure loss and allowable pressure drop of pipeline to make the dimethyl ether combustion heat system more perfect.
