Carbon-oxygen bonds are found in the structures of many natural products,materials,pesticides and pharmaceutical.The construction of this bond is one of the important research contents in the field of organic chemistry.In this thesis,the main purpose is to construct carbon-oxygen bonds and to realize the regioselective aryloxylation,acyloxylation,and alkoxylation of 1,2,3-triazoles.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:In Chapter 1,It mainly described the method of constructing carbon-oxygen bond and the applications of 1,2,3-triazoles in various fields such as organic synthesis,materials,medicinal chemistry.In Chapter 2,CuI-catalyzed selective Ullmann C–O coupling of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole bromides with phenols was achieved through the coordination of N(2)atom.Under the optimal conditions,the ortho C–Br bond in N(1)aryl can be selectively coupled with phenols,generating ortho aryloxyl 1,4-diaryl 1,2,3-triazoles.In Chapter 3,the silver-catalyzed lactonization of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole acids through C(5)–H acyloxylation was developed.With the optimized reaction conditions in hand,regioselective cyclization of ortho-carboxyl of C(1)aryl proceeded smoothly,leading to actone-fused 1,2,3-triazole derivatives in good to excellent yields.In Chapter 4,a facile and efficient method for the regioselective alkoxylation of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles via Pd-catalyzed C-H bond activation was developed.Under the optimal conditions,the ortho-C–H on C(4)-aryl of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles can be regioselectively alkoxylated in good to excellent yields.It provides a rapid and effective way for the synthesis of aryl alkyl ether 1,2,3-triazole derivatives.In Chapter 5,the full text is summarized.
