In recent years,the application of flexible electronic devices in various fields has aroused widespread concern.The flexible sensor and the flexible power supply device are the important components of flexible electronic devices.In general,flexible sensors can be implemented by incorporating a high aspect ratio nanostructured materials into a stretable elastic base.However,as increasing of the number of cycles,mechanical performance decreases obviously.Flexible power equipments mainly include lithium ion battery and supercapacitor.On the one hand,the deformation will lead to reduction of capacity and poor contact between the current collectors and active materials,on the other hand there are great potential safety hazard.In this paper,polyaniline(PANI)was coated on the surface of spandex covered yarns(SCYs)by in-situ polymerization method.The SCYs were used as the elastic support and polyaniline was used as the conductive component to form the SCYs-PANI composite fiber.Further,the humidity sensitivity of the stretchable humidity sensor based on the SCYs-PANI composite fiber were researched at different elongations.The results show that the composite fiber maintains electrical conductivity stably up to strain of 200%.Moreover,the conductivity of the composite fiber remains perfectly stable after 5000 cyclic stretching events of 200% strain.In addition,the traditional electrostatic spray device prepared thin film materials was modified in this study.By adding 2D mobile platform into the traditional near-field electrostatic spray process.And graphene oxide DMF dispersion(GO)bought directly was electrosprayed using the device to deposite on nylon nanofibers film substrate,then get the graphene oxide paper.Futher,the flexible,lightweight and free-standing reduced graphene oxide paper(rGOP)was obtained by reduction with hydrogen iodate solution(HI).Then,the morphology,structure and composition of the rGOP were characterized,and the electrochemical performance of based-r GOP supercapacitor is analyzed.It is found that the rGOP electrodes exhibit good capacitance characteristics at lower discharge current density(1 A/g),the specific capacity was 235 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g.Moreover,with the increase of discharge current density,a good capacitance retention rate is achieved.
