With the development of polymer materials science, various materials have been developed to meet the needs in different fields.Environmentally-responsive polymers have received extensive attention and research due to their unique properties and have been applied to many fields. At present, this type of polymer is widely used in the field of biomedicine. As a single responsive polymer has shown many deficiencies as a drug carrier, reducing the anti-cancer effect,in order to overcome this defect,multi-responsive polymers began to attract attention, and multi-response synergy can better overcome cancer.Therefore,multi-responsive polymers will be the main development direction of future anticancer drug carriers. This paper is based on benzimidazole to prepare a series of new response polymers. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)We chose commercialized mercaptobenzimidazole and diacrylate as structuring units.Using dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP)as catalyst, using Michael addition reaction,one-pot synthesis was used to synthesize imidazole-based polyester with multiple responses. At the same time, the responsiveness of polymers to p H,reactive oxygen species(ROS)and ?-cyclodextrin(?-CD)was explored. The experimental results show that the polymer has good response to p H,r ROS and ?-CD.(2)We first obtain a series of diacrylate monomers by reacting diol monomers with acryloyl chloride, and then we use the reaction of mercaptobenzimidazole with different diacrylate monomers to produce the amine-ene Michael addition reaction.A series of benzimidazole-based polyesters with p H/ROS responsiveness.A series of characterizations of the polymers have been carried out to prove that our synthesized polymers have good p H/ROS multiplex response.(3)Poly(N'N-dimethylacrylamide-co-glycidyl methacrylate)(P(DMA-co-GMA))containing an epoxy group in a side chain was prepared by an atomic radical polymerization method, and then cross-linked with imidazole using a ring-opening polymerization method to form a hydrogel, and at the same time dispersed the ZIF-8(It's a class of zeolitic imidazole framework materials, and is also a kind of metal organic coordination polymers(MOFs))in solution is wrapped in a three-dimensional grid of hydrogel to form an antimicrobial hydrogel. The antibacterial experiment proved that the hydrogel we prepared had a good antibacterial effect. In summary, this paper proposes the preparation of polymers with multiple-responsiveness by using the amine-ene Michael addition reaction. This method is simple and convenient, and has certain reference significance for the synthesis of polymers. At the same time, the multiple-responsive polymers and antibacterial hydrogels we prepared could have a good application prospect in the fields of biomedicine and wound dressings.
