Nitriding,carburizing,carbon-nitrogen compound infiltration process is widely used in the steel surface strengthening treatment.This master's thesis proposes a new surface enhancement method that combines electromagnetic induction heating technology with vacuum pulse nitriding and carbon-nitrogen compound infiltration processes.Under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,with 38CrMoAlsteel as the material,the vacuum pulse induced nitriding,carbon and nitrogen composite infiltration technology and equipment research,the main research content is as follows:(1)Due to the low production efficiency of manual vacuum pulse induction nitriding and carburizing processes,it is difficult to achieve batch production of vacuum pulse induction carburizing and nitriding processes.Therefore,this Master's thesis completed a vacuum pulse carbon nitrogen composite infiltration automation equipment.The research and development includes: induction heating system,vacuum pumping system,vacuum device,cooling system,monitoring system,and control system.Online monitoring and control of parameters such as temperature,pressure,and time are performed automatically through multiple submodules.The control simplifies the experimental procedure and enables the automation of the entire process.(2)Self-developed vacuum pulse induction infiltration equipment was used to explore the process of induction nitriding and carbon-nitrogen compound infiltration.The influences of different test parameters such as temperature,pressure and time on the microstructure,composition,phase,hardness and resistance of the surface layer of38CrMoAlsteel were investigated.Grinding effect of law.(3)Exploring the effect of different time and temperature on the depth of the sample penetration layer,using a self-built gas-solid reaction kinetics model to analyze the influence of various experimental parameters on the nitriding reaction process,through data fitting,unknown parameter solving,The reaction mechanism analysis further explored the influence of test parameters on the nitriding process.
