At present,vibroseis has become the major equipment to achieve environmental protection and high efficiency in exploration.During task,vibrator,key medium to links vibroseis and surface and transmit earthquake wave to surface,will emit the quake wave.In progress of exciting wave,due to continuously changing the load stress from burden of weight of vehicle and vibrator's variable frequency load,welding residual stress is produced on plate.Applied forces altogether result in high chance that plate may be found cleaved.Cleavage on plate has negative in fluence on mechanical properties of the vibrator,which compromises quality of emitted signal and threatens equipment and staff safety.Currently,due to limitation in experiment condition and verification method,there are not many researches concerning cleavage from joint forces of vibroseis is plate the load stress and vibroseis plate the load stress.Hence,this paper will apply numerical simulation method to develop research on vibrator plate damage mechanism and parameter optimization of welding technology on basis of welding residual stress coupling.Framework and major results are listed as below:(1)Based on structure and mechanism of vibroseis vibrator plate,vibrator simulation model is built under system dynamics to develop research on features of vibroseis vibrator plate the load stress feature and gain distribution and change pattern of plate the load stress.Result shows that stress response around weld of upright is at high rate and there is evident distortion in plate area,which matches the actual cleavage on plate and can be confirmed as key area of plate fatigue.(2)Vibrator flat study welding simulation model has been established,the vibrator plate after butt welding temperature field and stress field have been analyzed,and the results show that there is a stress concentration and the peak stress in the short side of the middle in weld,it is can be determined that the area is the key part of the residual stress concentration,it also coincides with the actual cracking position of the plate.(3)Through the study on flat load stress and the welding residual stress analysis,flat weld cracking is the result of the combination of residual stress and the working stress result is concluded,the residual stress is the main factor.(4)The influence of welding process parameters on residual stress is obtained,on the basis of it,a set of reasonable parameters are presented and the simulation results are carried out.The results show that the residual stress under reasonable parameters is reduced effectively.
